PBI Racing is based in Jessup, Maryland, and was started in 1996 by Brian Coe Sr. He began his career racing MMRA Mini Cup cars and WKA Karts around the Mid Atlantic area for many years. He has since turned the driving duties over to his son.  Brian Jr. is a fourth generation racer, following in the foot steps of his father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather.  Brian Jr. began racing at age 5, competing for two years in the Kid Kart Division on asphalt tracks in Virginia and West Virginia, winning 19 features,  many heat races and pole awards and a Track Championship in 2008. In 2009 Brian Jr. moved up to the Rookie Champ Division a full year ahead of schedule, running on asphalt tracks in the state of Virginia. He won 12 features and had a streak of 7 feature wins in a row when he decided to try his skills at dirt track racing.  In 2010 Brian Jr. completed his first full year running on the dirt, mostly in the state of Pennsylvania and running a few races in Virginia as well. He finished 3rd in the points standings at the Hunterstown Speedway and won the YCKS "Rookie of the Year" award in 2010. Brian Jr. will continue to compete at the Hunterstown Speedway on a weekly basis in 2012 and will make several starts at other dirt tracks in Pennsylvania and Virginia.
